1680 x 1050 ??? 1 video card is oversized for that resolution !! Change monitor, use minimum 24" 1920x1200
Always set Vsync on, it removes several problem

just found that my new laptop crossfire 5870s will get a microstuttering problem at exactly 29 fps lol -.-

@Bonn93 Same issue in the NVidia SLI setups I believe. Quite a bit of hitching in this one.

I'm pretty sure this has been said before, but...
1) 1680x1050? No budget left for a decent screen?
2) Everything on High? There's an "Ultra" setting for most things, you know...
3) 4xMSAA? what a waste of perfectly good, SSAA-capable 5870s...
