This was my very first time using one, so I didn't know what to expect. It's hard to talk while doing it so I wouldn't suggest that, I swallowed a lot of sea salt water.
My conclusion, this is the best thing on earth.

People think it's weird but it works. It makes sense when you think about it. Why wouldn't you rinse that area out every once in a blue at least or depending on how congested you get. I even notice sometimes when I haven't done it in a while I get a bit of a smell in my nostrils. I can smell it if I press my nostrils together.
