If you turn around just as you land in the start there is a dead guy that fell out of the chopper as a reference to Black Hawk Down! (Found it myself and couldn't find any videos on youtube about it.)

I just want to point out that this level captures the essense of why cod was good back in the day... Its still good now but now AS good. They need to stick to levels that are like this, like real warfare, not some cinematic movie where you kill 500 people in 10 minutes and save the world with no tactics. cod 4 showed people almost what modern warfare is actually like. (obviosly since its a game its nothing like real warfare but you get the point)
