A short video shot from the pickup counter at B&H. Featured is the amazing conveyor belt system they have running through the entire store. When you go to buy something, you 1) talk to an employee, who will write down the code for you, 2) stand at the proper counter (cameras, tripods, etc.) to have that item pulled from stock in the basement and delivered by conveyor belt, 3) inspect the item and give it back, where it goes into another bucket and is conveyed downstairs, 4) walk downstairs, 5) wait in the payment line, 6) pay, 7) wait in the pickup line, 8) pickup your item.
