hey Lestkn2, i don't have a lift, so yes, my mechanic installed the short throw shifter since you have to remove the linkage. I didn't know I said it was better than the Hurst. It's about half the price though and works and looks great. I've had 95 Z28 with the Hurst and loved it. I'm really happy with the Barton on my 2010 though.

never had a problem between fifth and reverse. I may not have actually put it in reverse in the video though.
