SWHarden DIY ECG (electrocardiogram) Prototype

This is an ECG I made to record the electrical signals generated by my heart. I taped 3 home-made electrodes to my chest and recorded this video to demonstrate its effectiveness. Not bad for under 5$ in parts. Oh yeah, the data is sent to my sound card, and recorded with audio-editing software.

i am doing an ecg baut i have a problem......

when you put the electrodes, the electrodes out put signal, is more or less the final ecg signal¿?¿? because i don´t have this.....

what electrodes do you use? and the wire?

can you share the schematic? I'd be interested in making something similar to check on some of the studies on plant (as in a geranium plant) behavior.

i think you have to filter this high frequency noise , and it will be great to share your schematic , good job
