@Acidbas666S well in a sense,it is hardcore,its sludge metal,sludge came from hardcore punk and doom metal,neurosis first record was a hardcore punk album,and then they moved to play sludge or post metal,post metal is related to hardcore punk too,because of the influence of post hardcore

@abyssalspecter93 They both are from Savannah, came out at the same time, have similar influences, and are friends. What do you expect? Kylesa's old stuff has a bit more of a punk influence to them though.
