Thoughts that you are not aware of creates your reality as easy as the thoughts you are aware of. The Universe works like a Xerox machine; it copies your thoughts into reality.

If you see it as selfish, then yes, it's for yourself, but it's for anyone. It's not like your taking anything away from anyone else. If anything, this is healing, because by strengthening and healing yourself, you can start sharing that with others. Through affirmations like this, we are healing the world through healing ourselves.
