Daimler shows off the capabilities of the successor to the famous U1550L-U2450L. The Mercedes-Benz Unimog U3000-U5000 which comprise the range of models in the High Mobility series in the Unimog family of special vehicles. When you need to transport men, materials and equipment from paved roads to no roads, in any weather conditions, anywhere in the world the Unimog is the ultimate choice.

  • It looks to top heavy. It seems that it would tip over easy.

  • @Jesusisyhwh Look at part 2 of 3 around 2:40 to see it on a side slope. I agree it does look top heavy but most of the heavy components are very low int he frame. The center of gravity for the vehicle is about 40 cm above the centre of the wheel. This is lower than the bumper. OF course heavy equipment in the body will raise this but they do in any vehicle.

  • @Jesusisyhwh Mate do you know what I would do to own one of these. They are the only truck to own and use in off-road conditions, set up as a family camper for traveling they are unstoppable.

  • @mrviz60 Tire in- or deflate - one button pushing ? BUILD IN !!! 1,20 m deep water with 20 mph - the engine gets water over her top - be sure !!! 1 meter across - read something about PORTAL-AXLES ....or better, ask your local dealer !!!

    But remind this: These are two badly to compare different concepts !!!

  • @2004korat i would like to see a unimog that inflates or deflates the tires with the push of a button i would like to see a unimog get water well over the top of the engine i would like to see the unimog cross gaps of up to 1 meter across i would like to see a unimog be built in america i could go all day the unimog aint got nothin on the h1
