Yes that does make more sense now. Thanks for clearing that up. I have been thinking about things like what you are talking about in your videos for a year or so on and off. Things like: who really I'm I, what makes me me, I'm i really in control of what I do, etc. I didn't really think there would be others with the same basic questions and even more surprising to me that the answers are even close to what I came up with before seeing your videos and crossmacks.

Both you and crossmack talk about really the same things but its really interesting to see to different points of view. In this video I sort of under stand what you mean but maybe I just need an example to connect to it. Can you give me an example conversation of how one would talk to one's inter child?

what occurs to me is that maybe a key word is forgiveness.. just let yourself be what you are. a semi-specific example is like, say you're not happy with a reaction you have, but you just say, "alright, fine, i feel this way right now and that's ok." like respecting the validity of your reactions instead of judging & repressing them. does that make sense?

Great series Sara. I really enjoyed watching it and think most of what you had to say is right on, especially in the area of self-manifestation.
I was excited about trying the inner child experiment ... but it seems I have two inner children. And they fought the whole time. I tried time outs, and made them sit on their mats; but they were just too much to handle. I hope that doesn't make me a bad inner parent.
