No, there is no difference except for the name. I am not sure why they put the same song but with different names :P

Well, if you listen to them, this one is more dramatic than Full Moon. In the part it starts building up, there are drums whereas in Full Moon there isn't any. Its the same tune, but this one in my opinion is better... :D
