In New York City, residents, businesses, schools and other institutions generate roughly 21,000 tons of waste a day, or more than 7 million tons per year. About six percent of that annual waste is clothing, linens and other forms of textiles. Now, one company is helping to not only reduce that ever-growing pile of trash, but to make money off of it too. Paige Kollock reports.

  • He's giving away only 20% of revenues! And the rest is said to be he company's operation expenses. Well I can assure you there is at least 60% profit and no way it's anything to do with charity. It's a huge business where 5% of given away profit will actually save you tens of percent of tax on this profit.
