Activists from all over Europe came to Belgium to block two detention centers, one in Bruges and one in Vottem. The deportation machine got blocked for one day to symbolise the resistance against these inhuman migration politics. Every year thousands of people get detained and killed because they don't have the right documents. In name of our 'safety' and our economical interests. They are treated as criminals, while they haven't commited a single crime. They just crossed the borders of fortress Europe, hoping for a better life for theirselves and their families. Thousands of migrants die at the borders of Europe every year. Arrestations, detentions and deportations are the consequense of the European politics that want to control the migration, and forget about human rights.
