  • THANKS SO MUCH!!!! i want to loose 30 lbs by Feb 13. i think i will reach that goal and i can't believe it! If i followed the nutrition i definateley will lose the weight quickly but i think if i do it slow i have a better chance of keeping it off. this is a good question and i have more to say so i will go in depth more in my weight loss update tomorrow ;)
