Sorta. I believe it's the Japanese equivalent of EBA. You can download it for free online with the link provided in the description. Beat maps are user created and new maps are uploaded on a daily basis, so you'll always find a new song to play along with. Plus, the website has an online ranking system so if you're the competitive type, you can compete against others to see who's the best. ;p
