Pakistani Recipe

Ingredients
2 Boiled eggs
2 small potatoes chopped in large chunks
1 small tomato fineluy chopped
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 heaped tablespoon of yoghurt
1/4 cup of oil
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi/ turmeric powder
Salt to taste

1/2 onion finely sliced
1/4 tsp zeera
Assorted garam masala pieces

  • A few mistakes. Don't remove onions and dont burn them so hard. Instead put salt on onions when you add them to the pan and when they are translucent add powdered spices. Never add powdered spices directly into the oil and certanly never add water directly into nothing but burning oil. You can also add a little water to the onions before adding powdered spices so they spread evenly.

  • I usually add thin sliced apple & sultanas, It makes a lovely sweet dish.
