@rollinghills22 Now nothing. The moment you try to do anything, you are not meditating. Just let go of any effort to do anything and simply be. If thought arises, witness it but as something external to your quiet still self. The longer and more consistently you can sustain effortlessness the deeper you will go into your meditation. Peace :)

@breedons1 I actually get my thoughts to calm down now, it took practice but its happening, but now im stuck with the dilema, "Ok now my mind is clear and i have no thought, now what?"
-
Hi, so 1 year on are you meditating still? Are you able now to calm your thoughts or do they still race a million miles per hour???
-
@rollinghills22 this obstacle is a million times less intimidating than it appears when your mind is racing :)

Capitalism is the wage slavery of immense humanity in a politically corrupt, manipulated MARKET SYSTEM OF ARTIFICIAL SCARCITY ,a tyrannical, destructive system to perpetuate poverty and exploitation in the interest of the ruling class. Capitalism from its genocide of the native Americans, mercantile plundering and enslavement of African natives to its Millitaristic rise of European Powers to World wars and Financial serfdom of the world has been a DISASTEROUS imposition .
