Live at the Hotel Cafe on November 3rd, Kate Miller-Heidke and Keir Nuttall perform their very funny "Are You Fucking Kidding Me?" for a crowd of (largely) music industry professionals. The song has made the rounds on facebook and other sites recently and is (as of yet) their sole claim to fame in America.

  • This song is hella clever and super insightful. Unfortunately, I don’t approve of the “F” word. Does anybody know if there is a version of this song that does not contain the “F” word? Maybe there is a version where she uses the word “fudge” instead of the “F” word? I feel more comfortable with the word “fudge”.

  • @dmh497 She and Keir sang this once for a radio show where he very cleverly "beeped" in place of her dropping F-bomb. They also performed this version (the beeped version) at the Viper Room ... I may have posted that one, but I'm not sure.

  • @dmh497 So the words "asshole" and "shit" don't bother you, but the "f-word" does? Are you fucking kidding me? :D

  • @dmh497 Frankly my dear, I don't give a fuck...

  • @dmh497 Are you fudging kidding me?!?! Stop commenting on every video... r u like following her videos.......?

  • @dmh497 Grow up.

  • @dmh497 . . . When I'm really pissed-off, there's nothing like a good "fuck!" Kate Miller-Heidke exemplifies this brilliantly.

  • @dmh497 Get over it. Or don't listen. Personally, I find the "nice" versions of "fucking," particularly "frigging" to be more offensive. Better to clean up your language, eliminating extraneous expletives altogether. Substituting "nice," grandmotherly versions of swear-words is hypocritical. Overuse of either form signals a general paucity of vocabulary or lack of verbal competence. Certain circumstances in verbal discourse call for a good bad-word.

  • @robbjmc Thanks. I'll see if I can find it.
