try holding the vertical at height then managing your height on the rest of the spins

omg i have the same problem .. help!

Hi there, I think I have a tendency to stop support sculling once I start turning in a vertical and it's making me lose my height. But yesterday I tried using support scull and then switching to overhead after I made a 360° and I think maybe it helped? Thanks for the suggestions!

i wouldn't really say that core has a lot to do with it. it's mostly the scull. you need to scull faster because it seems as if you're barely using your hands in this video. i do half of my spin (like the first two 360s) in support/american scull. and then i transfer my hand to something similar to what you have in your video to pick up more speed.

in dusildorf i think

Hi! Where is the competition and when, if it's not too far from Berlin, it would be cool to see. Good luck! :o)
