i did this piece last year as a freshman. we played it for our end of the year concert, the mass band concert and it was good enough to take to graduation. it is an amazing piece, probably my favorite that i have played in 5 years of playing. there are a quite a bit of squeaks tho, almost if they were getting too excited.

haha my band director tells the timpani player to sound obnoxious. the timpani here sounds incredibly obnoxious. LOVE IT!

This song to me sounds like a mix between the soundtracks from Wicked, Legends of the Fall, and a sprinkling of Pirates of the Caribbean.
It seemed kinda slow @ 4:50, but other than that it sounded great.
