On the original sound track it's just "Bonus track" I'll look into finding the true name.

Thanks, but there's no need anymore. I couldn't tell at first because, unlike most other tracks in Ver.B BGM Collection, it's listed in Japanese.

According to VGMDB, it's called The Dream Has Not Yet Ended.
