politika ba ito!! bakit ang gulo?!! teka sa news ang pinag didiinan daw nila is lucida,vaniderm,at glutalife?!! asan ung ibang product na cnsabi ng pipac na kulang ang content?!! at take note san nanggaling yang glutalife na yn...wala man yan sa unang nilabas na list ng pipac?!! hmmm meron atang di magndang nangyayari sa likod nito?!! teka bakit di natin itanong sa bfad kung bakit 3 product lang ang pinagiinitan nila??hmmmm diba't malinaw na ito ay isang uri ng marketing sabotage???

glutathione, alpha lipoic acid, grape seed extract and vit C are all water soluble, so any excess will be excreted through urine, but for Vit C, just take only 1000mg/day, cause it will cause oxalate acid to rise which can cause kidney stones. diarrhea is one of the common side effects of vit C, they say when you take gluta you have to double the intake of Vit C.
