@loketahiti Thank u, I will practice go slow, and I need to take it from the beginning again, bc now I suck bc of a 3 month long brake this summer, and injuries, and I managed to get it all back, but I'd almost lost my fa'arapu, at least I got better at the other steps, and be on beat bc now, my fa'arapu is not what it used to be, like last year:C
I'm so glad for ur info bc I think that's the nasty habit I've developed...I started by going fast, and I never had any problems w moving my upper body or shoulders, but now I struggle doing it slow, bc I've always done it fast:C

@Gille87 When you go slow you are able to develop your technique, form and control. It's when you teach your body what you want you fa'arapu to look like. That's good though, that you can go quickly without moving your upper body, it can be difficult :)
