The strong winds created a lot of damage. After driving around town yesterday and today it looked like a tornado touched down everywhere. I took this video while sitting on my deck.

  • I remember this day! I loved it! It was soo fun to go outside and just feel that wind rushing by you!

  • It was cool wind except for the 100 foot trees that got uprooted. I think the trees around here are too tall to take the winds. I guess now we know why Florida has small trees and no shade.

  • I don't know about you, but as a result of the windstorm, a big section of our fence got torn right off, and we needed a new roof. It's funny that you don't need to live on the coast to be affected by hurricanes.

  • Many of the people around here had roof damage and lost trees.
