I love this silly movie. I wish people would put some of the songs up, especially Marcy McGuire and Frankie on "I Saw You First." It's so adorable.

@kingusmcgee Actually, I stand half-corrected! According to Sinatra's filmography page on Wiki, it was 1944, but on the page for the movie, it says 1943. Good ol' Wikipedia!

I think this was Sinatra's debut in the movies 1943 "Higher and Higher."
In '44 he starred in Step Lively with Gloria DeHaven. In '45 Sinatra starred in Anchors Aweigh with Gene Kelly.
His great ballad in this one was "The Music Stopped." and we went on dancing.
