Yeah, that question mark is a REAL question mark. Because I don't know how where to end this thing. It's mildly Intense. In fact, I'm gonna go in the other theoretical room and shout this next part out *Goes in other room; closes door* IT'S ABOUT RECENT INCIDENTS WITH DEMI AND SHIT! WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THAT I THREW NEMI IN THERE! SO PLEASE DON'T SHOOT ME! THERE'S OTHER PARTS THAT I NEED TO UPLOAD! *Comes out of room* Yep, that explains. Sometimes he wished his brother hadn't introduced him to these CAMELs. Not long ago, Nick picked the CAMELs up and became somewhat addicted to them. Luckily, it was an addiction that he could easily control. He only picked them up again when he was worried or completely stressed out. There was a problem, though. This time he was both of those things for many reasons: This damn world tour was not as great as everyone thought it would be. Tensions rose ever since Joe brung Greene (He never called her by Ashley, her first name, mentally) onto the tour. And she's following him around like a puppy. This all led back to his best friend, Demi--who was Joe's ex-girlfriend, and the person who Nick has grown feelings for since last year. She silently went ballistic when Greene showed up, and she now pisses off Joe most of the time. And since Nick was dubbed 'The Cute Sensitive one", guess who they both went to for their problems?
Nick literally felt like the monkey in the middle of this situation. He felt as if he had to pick a side; his brother's, or his crush's? Today, he decided to just rebel and not pick any side. Until Joesph burst into his hotel room, pissed off again. "I can't take it anymore, dude!" He slammed the door behind him. Nick tuned to his brother's distress. "What's up?"
"My blood pressure, that's what's up! I'm sick of her!" Nick knew who Joe was referring to. Demi was the only person who could make Joe mad, now. He sighed and pretended to agree with him. "What did she do this time?"
His older brother loosened his tie, and scoffed. "She insulted Ash, okay? In public. But luckily, no one heard her. I don't get it, Nick!"
"Mhm--Me niether." Nick replied, not actually paying attention.
"You know? It's just like she's trying to ruin this 'still-friends' stint!" Their break-up really didn't end so well. But niether of them wanted their friends or fans to think anything was wrong. Too bad for their friends, cause their awkwardness boiled over, soon enough.
Maybe she is, Nick thought. But instead, he shrugged so lightly, Joe didn't see it. "I don't get it, either. She's changing on us, Joe." Well, at least against Joe. She seemed like the same old, bright soul to Nick. Joe, threw himself onto the hotel bed. "What should I do?" His question was muffled by the sheets. Nick turned around from the mirror. "I have a suggestion, but it might not be one that you'd wanna hear."
"Just lay it on me."
His suggestion was deep: To just make up with Demi and become friends again. Nick was sure he wasn't the only one with this, since he discussed their beef with Alyson just last night. Again, that's not what he said aloud.
"..I would just suggest to try and ignore it." Nick said.
"Nick..Already doing that!"
"Well, keep doing it!"
"Why?"
"...I don't know. I can't think of anything else to suggest to you but that."
Joe lifted his head up. "Seriously?"
"Yes, seriously." Nick said. And he did nothing when his brother, rolled off of his bed, and walked towards the door. "Wow. Never thought I'd live to see the day when you'd run out of advice."
Which he didn't actually run out of advice. Nick was just tired at the moment. And most importantly, he needed a CAMEL. He waited until his brother left the room, and slipped on his leather jacket to go outside to the back of the hotel.
Outside behind the hotel is where Nick retired to usually. To get away from the always slimy paparazzi, and the members abroad this tour. And to smoke a CAMEL. The bright crimson light combined with him standing on the steps made his shadow longer than the nighttime as he shoved his hands in both pockets to pull out what he needed. A lighter, and a CAMEL. He shoved the CAMEL into his mouth, and flicked the clear yellow lighter 3 times. Finally, the thing lit up, making a small orange glow. Relief? He thought. Honestly, he didn't know. But smoking just felt like he was blowing away all of his problems with a deadly alkaloid poison named nicotine...and smoke just for a cool effect whilst "blowing them away". He drew in a long breath, and removed the CAMEL from his mouth, exhaling smoke and the total stench of old coffee. If only this situation didn't exist, and their lives were as easy as dragging this CAMEL.
