Everyone at CBS is either dumb, or just wants to scare mainstream America?

Kids have always been lying, droppping out of sports, not getting enough sleep, and not hanging out with friends. These things are nothing new, it's called adolescence. There hasn't always been an Internet though, they used to blame these things on drugs when I was growing up.

It seems like CBS is just trying to campaign for "Internet2.0" with all these anti-Internet stories.

You're right and also it's all about how to get the tax, this time the internet as well as soda drinks, etc. In the eyes of liberal majority media popular things that people should be taxed. Also they are scared shitless that the way how news is covered is changing from watching the news on TV to internet either from websites, or to blogging, twittering, or any other form of social media simply because it's the fastest way to get up-to-date now days. The times are changing.
