Padmasambhava, the patron saint of Tibet also known as Guru Rinpoche was an Indian siddha who was invited to Tibet by King Trisong Detsen, to propagate the doctrine of Buddha. Because Padmasambhavas teachings contain many hidden treasures intended for generations to come, he has become known as the most important Tibetan master.

Yes and when HE came in Tibet after the return of Shantarakshita to India, HE subjected demons who were created by the Bonpo priests.After that HE build the first Tibetan monastery, Samye;and the most ferocious of those spirits was called Pehar.A very ferocious spirit 3 faces 6 arms and he went intoa spiritual war with Padmasambhava, was defeated and his energy was sealed inside of a urn and housed inside Samye monastery.
And he sworm to help the growth of Dharma instead the destruction.
