I think it's in C, if that helps. The verses have a C-F-Am-F (x2) progression, the pre-chorus is Am-Em-F-G, the chorus goes C-F-C-F-Am-F, and the bridge part is C-F-C-G (x4). These are only the approximate chords; Great Big Sea plays this in an alternate tuning anyway, and there might be some mistakes. It should sound alright though.
