  • Hi Vik,

    If you overtrain a muscle for example Bicep and if u train it every day or every other day

    will the muscle get smaller and weaker?

    You should be training biceps only oncer per week.

    You are probably experiencing what happens when you train them daily. Overtraining does not foster development. Peace, Vic

  • Hey Vic. Love your videos. I am 44 and never worked out before, and I am making great gains with your techniques. This, after listening to the guys at the gym say "you'll never get bigger without lifting more weight".. and subsequently tore a shoulder muscle. I slowed down, paid attention to form, and now am looking great for a old fart! (grin) With your workouts.. I am geting bigger and doing it safely. Thanks. You always have great advise.

  • theres some wisdom in this. i always hear people say they go to the gym to work off some stress. Usually, they dont come back. I go to the gym when im stressed, tired, angry, happy, sad, bored, etc. Lifting is more effective as a hobby. I lift because I enjoy it. not for an escape.
