This program aimed to provide a better understanding of
the many and diverse benefits of the family dinner and
those factors that may threaten family nutrition and
health. The goal was to explore this complex issue from
all angles—social epidemiology, the history of dining
together in the US, and innovative culinary techniques
and practice.
