Chauvet Kinta and Chauvet Mushroom LED

Here is a pair of Chauvet LED Mushrooms and a Chauvet Kinta X that I have on automatic in my garage, with a fog machine going. The fog is not super dense, as the garage door is open and a lot of fog is escaping. Also, the lights are a little out of sync.

It is unfortunate and frustrating that the DMX controller does not allow the LED colors or strobe to be controlled, only speed and direction of rotation, and on/off. The color changes and strobes are automatic. It would look SOOOO awesome if you could turn the lights to all green or all blue or whatever. Come on Chauvet!!!

Any reason why it's not in sync? Are you using DMX cables or audio xlr?

@rhymes116 I had them connected by DMX supposedly in master/slave like the instruction book said! I actually sold this setup and went with an ADJ revo4, triple flex, and tri led moonflower. They work a lot better in auto, which is what I was looking for since I do all hands-off stuff

Does the kinta and the mushroom follow the beat of the music?

@jasperlau2010 Nope, they seem to have two functions: on or off. They do not appear to be able to adjust movement to the tempo or anything. My revo 4 does though!

Yes but its only in a 24x24 garage. The entire garage is filled up. It was foggy outside about a month ago so I put the Kinta in the back of my convertible and drove around. you could see the beams at least 30-40 feet in the air, still razor sharp but that was the top of the fog. it was really really cool

My led mushroom has a problem I think.

ive seen lots of videos about people showing off there led mushroom on Sound activated mode and you know it has its own pattern on sound activated mode , and the pattern is you know Color mix , Strobe , red , green , blue , color mix , strobe and ect....

But mine strobes very few times and I think my patterns on my chauvet are f*cked up...
