ive got this bug vomiting and diahorea .the docs just been,the worst is over hopefully ,the docs told me it wasnt food poisining,but just the flu bug going round .i went for a swim earlier two day s ago think it may have came from the pool water ..i got a jab for my gut and some co codamole.hope this helps me and others .this is a bad bug .the bad way to losing a few pounds

I'm just recovering from this shit, if it was food poisoning the last thing i ate was sugar puffs and milk (the milk wasn't out of date and tasted fine). It lasted just over 24hrs for the worst part and was pretty unbarable.
Still no idea where it came from....
