@StrengthSkillsuk I'm just wondering should i do weight based exercises or more body weight stuff to learn to do this because i feel as if im going to lose strength i have gotten from lifting weights like bench press if i attempt more body weight stuff would that happen?

@johnsh3r Hey mate, just start off small and keep training. Hard work and consistency is the key. As long as you train regularly then you will see good progress!

how often can i do this workout? 3 times a week? and should i do some extra workout like pull ups bicep triceps workout?

@3489292 Hey mate, yes 3 times a week is probably sufficient at first. I would definitely do pull-ups and other exercises to complement your training. I currently train 5 times a week, although I will have extra rest days if I feel like I need them.

Awesome video but i will need some advice, i can hold tucked planche for a minute but advanced only for 5 seconds :(
What excercise do you recommend for getting a longer hold'?

@MTraceur Hey mate, I would just keep working on it. Also start working on some lower back exercises. These will help you to raise your hips up and back. Hope this helps!
