The ony Legendary in this route(hacked) was Celebi shown.\However,Kabutops and the others has hight stats so they can consedered Pseudolegendaries.orry for the mistakes, I am from Brazil

First u need VBA then Sapphire game then put the lv. 100 cheat code and the legendary pokemon code that u want then go to the grass and look at ur find (i think u need the master code first though)

Up until you mentioned cheat codes you were right, actually (on Sapphire) there is no "legendary pokemon code" that makes what pokemon you want appear and if there was it would only make one appear at a time, not lots of different ones.

I think, if I am correct by your meaning of "Big Black Floatyness" it's the fact that I made teh properties of the first town underwater, so it looks like I'm riding on some creature, like when you dive >.>
