i know that the freezing point of the water is the 0Celsius. Why when you put it in the freezer which the freezer is less that 0Celsius it doesn't freeze?

its called "super cooling" this can only be done in a glass / plastic bootle with some sort of seal or cap when you hit or band or flick the glass the cold is released and causes the liquid to freeze

Everything in the universe can freeze. Just because you can't turn it into it's solid form inside your freezer doesn't mean it doesn't have one. Yes, it can get colder than -35.

everything has a solid form, including alcohol. Thus it will freeze.
