  • Question,... does it have an amp model for bass,..?

  • @maggot6639 I have this it can go in PC and to amp but you need some extra leads and connections for a PC

  • Just tried setting my POD 2.0 up today but I have nothing to connect it to my PC. What cable do I need in order to connect it? (Link if possible or a actual model name) Thanks!

  • I got a used pod 2.0 today, I have the M-audio interface, do you plug it between the guitar and the interface or directly into the interface? Thanks

  • @lifternate If your gonna use it live, you can't plug in to your head. You have to have a preamp. If you use it on your stack its gonna sound like shit since the POD emulates a cab sound.

  • @guitarlessonscom how bout a pod x3 pro for live? i love its sound to be honest

  • so wait a guitar this guitar player that played in a band around my area used a randall amp and this POD but his tone was amazing! My only question is do you turn the distortion on the amp or do you put the clean channel on the amp and the POD handles the distortion?

  • Metal on Telecaster. Totally.

  • @kr3wsfury Well it wouldn't matter what software you use. And depends. It is very simple to use very simple interface. It is the best "stripped" down Direct recording box. but only if you're a meat and potatoes guy. Which I am. If you want bells and whistles then no its not going to give you tones you want. Works for me though, I do mostly large loud rock.

  • Would you get great tones if you're using it to record on Pro Tools?
