The Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary in McKinney, Texas, is suing the North Texas Municipal Water District. They have used eminent domain to put a 3,500 foot long, 30" diameter sewage pipe under the wetlands and through the prairie on the 289-acre wildlife sanctuary.
