Simple and quick low cal, low fat, high fiber meal.

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts (I used 3)
Rice (I used Jasmine)
Stir Fry Veggies
Sprouts
Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade
Kikoman Stir Fry Sauce

  • You know it's much quicker if you heat the wok, brown the chicken (to be safe, 3 minutes on each side. Make sure you seal the meat both sides). Add a little soy, then throw in whatever vegetables you want. Flash-fry that for 2 more minutes, add a teaspoonfull of sesame oil, then serve with noodles or rice.

    You shouldn't really slow-cook this dish, I find it spoils the flavour of the veg somewhat.
