Seen this afternoon were two flasks running from the Plymouth Naval Base to Crewe, behind DRS loco 57010 (6Z75). The flasks are believed to carry nuclear waste from submarine warheads, for processing at Sellafield. This particular train only runs when required, perhaps only 2 or 3 times per year.
