@MarethRavenlocke No. Kuja BLEW A PLANET UP. Kefka only scarred the surface of ONE WORLD. Yeah, his music is slightly cooler and he looks badass compared to Kuja. However Kuja went trance, which was basically as powerful as Kefka getting amazing magical powers, if not more powerful.
Bottom line- they're both awesome, so if someone thinks differently- no big deal.

@howdareyou66 Again, Kefka's obviously the best Final Fantasy villain. He does all sorts of evil things not because he's evil, but because it's fun for Kefka to poison a town full of civilians, or mess around with Terra's mind, or to destroy all that others hold dear, and the only reason he becomes a god in the first place is so that after he's destroyed everything, he can remake it all to destroy it again and again. The fun never ends. :D
