To this day noone sounds like Johnny Winter....he is..was..and will be unique.

Joe Bonamassa is a great guitarist but isn't unique.

Joe bonamassa isn't shit compared to Johnny. He isn't really shit compared to anyone. Joe is just practically doing the same thing johnny did, but 50 years later. Joe is nothing unique or special. He's just doing the same repetitive shit that has been repeated for so long. Johnny was a pioneer of the fierce, aggressive style of blues.
