so I ate a Costco Turkey one year--dark meat, light meat and quite a bit....I took insulin for all of my carbs but not the turkey.---6 hours later I was higher than a kite 350---I attributed that to the turkey.... I had checked my blood sugar at 1.5 hours and 3 hours when I would expect all my food to be digested and the bg was elevated at 1.5 hours but normal at the 3 hour point....

I am type 2 and my son is type 1. I love this video becasue everyone says "I made sugar free for you and your son". I would tell them "thank you for me but my son can eat what ever he wants". They would look at me like deers in the headlights. They just cant beleive that type 1 diabetes just adjust their insulin for carbs.
