If you set it to 100 you're actually limiting your bandwidth by 100% and obviously it's wrong. Just set it to 0 to remove the limitation.

@Daniel69l no, you are limiting it TO 100%, which means, for example, if it had a value of 5, you are limiting it to 5, but you can, as you said, just set it to 0
