Is that a Tennessee accent??
-
If The Rolling Stones covered this tune this is how it would sound.
-
Strange to learn this on a half step down guitar when you' re actually playing it on standard.. why?
-
Drop 6th to C# and play it another half step down...add some flange and there ya go. Sounds much better in C# than in dropped D
-
This version is wrong in several places. I would suggest pulling up the version by Craigman65, who plays it almost perfectly - including the flanger.
-
tuning?

way to go! I am addicted to guitar like this, but never had the patience to practice.
-
I'm totally hearing Mick singing this song now...dude, the way you play it, it COULD be a stones song (without the harmonics of course!)
Bravo

Thanks, I was tearing my hair out trying to get the pre-chorus. Great lesson!
-
keef chords ...now I get it ... as in Richards ... lol ... added thirds
dammfinegit-fiddle there brutherman ! request ??? " Dance the night away ' !
cheerz
Your second run through the intro/chorus changes, using suspended 4th chords, is correct. Eddie didn't use those Keef style changes in this song — you may think they sound better (as you said), but it's not how he played this number. Good job otherwise. Keep rockin'!
