  • Which technique are you trying? I've found that a person needs to find the technique that works best for them. Without seeing what you're doing, I can give you a couple of reasons. You may be applying too much resistance, especially if you're quite strong. Also, practice makes the difference, too. It requires practice to get more accurate results.

  • There are a number of ways, but the one I have used the most is to do the "3 thumps" that Donna Eden describes in her videos. It is the first part of her 5-minute daily routine. If doing that doesn't work, you can go to the next part of her routine - the cross crawl. Thanks for your question!

  • Oh....P.S. You must have not been taught to speak good things or nothing at all, especially when you are ignorant on a subject. Opinions are only just that - empty comments - when they're not supported by education. Study to find yourself approved and then come back with your facts.

  • You non-believers.....do you believe that lie detector tests are legitimate? Same principle...the body speaks truth. Study your elementary science....energy is all there is. Everything is made up of energy. Energy medicine is the medicine of the future. So, stay in the past or flow into the future....your choice.

  • How do you go on if your switched?

  • Very helpful to be able to do testing on oneself. Thanks for sharing! Off to the next video :-)

  • Thank you so much for sharing. I've been trying to find a reliable self testing technique. The second technique you mentioned seems to be working great with me. I was able to adjust the dosing on my supplement program. I knew something wasn't agreeing with me. Thank again!

  • @krysruleshooray Yes, it is!! Our body tells us what is best for us.....if given the chance! Using kinesiology helps to keep me healthier and "in tune" with my body so that I'm working with it and not against it! It will do the same for you.
