@AKImeru I never said anything about loving/hating MK. I just said that given the track record of the developers, competitive players should wait for it to prove itself before giving it any credit.

@Archyarts I discovered a method to do it since the timing has to be really precise. Once you do the B12 input, keep pressing 2 until you see Sub Zero start to begin the string and then press 12 and the slide. It seems to be a good consistent way to force the combo to come out.

In the B12212 combo I can never seem to get the 212 part to come out. He just does the B12 and that's it.

For Sub's mixups, I've found 2,1 ice clone with the option of an ice slide or dash and grab afterwards very rewarding. It seems to help keep people 'honest' when they expect your 22 pressure.
