Very clean, no background noise (which spoils many a great performance on You Tube).Also very well played by Horowitz. Also, i like simple photos rather than video action. Many thanks.

What a lovely composition. Poor,fated Schumann was a under-rated genius. He was so creative, in rhythm, in key changes.. . .

I agree with you totally,.Maestro TJS. Never cared for filigreed Chopin much. Just his simpler, cleaner pieces. I'm going to work on becoming more familiar with Schumann's piano music. The 'Prophet Bird' is one of my recently discovered favorites. His work is so varied. His two egos : Florestan & ?what?, can't remember, so different. Syphilis is a terrible way to die.
