Rhavameldir is the second "hilt" boss in fornost, inside the second tower.
Actual fight time was about 14.5 minutes.

I've had it once in 3 fornost runs, I don't think it is, since it's teal.
Btw, when it dropped for me, a loremaster rolled on it, I was angry, while I wasn't even a guardian :/
