First of all this Boss is Badass. Awesome music, cool looking monster, really fun, easy and the noise it makes when it flies just sounds so cool.
Anyway this is the Boss of the Wind Temple, Molgera is invincible but it has the most obvious Weak Point. Use the Hookshot on the Tongue to yank it towards you then just slash away. After each successful combo Molgera will bleed and then spew out 3 Molgera Larva.
Use the Hookshot on the Molgera Larva to drag them towards you then just slash their heads twice to kill them. Each Molgera Larva will turn into a Heart when it dies so take advantage of this if you start running low on health.

Once Molgera dies Makar will enter the room and restore the Master Sword to its full strength. Now the Master Sword has the power to defeat Ganondorf.

Funny, Molgera is also the name of a Monster from the Godzilla series.
